Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice; later changes or no-shows forfeit the retainer.
Come with clean, dry, healthy hair and no product, and allow a 10-minute grace window so we begin on time.

A retainer is required to secure every appointment. Your booking is confirmed once the retainer is received, and the amount is deducted from your final balance on the day, so it always goes toward your service.
Retainers are non-refundable. If you cancel, change, or miss your appointment outside the notice set out below, the retainer is forfeited and a new retainer is required to rebook.
Remaining balances are payable in cash on the day of your appointment. Card payments are accepted and include a 1.69% processing fee.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Appointments may be rescheduled once, with at least 24 hours' notice, and your retainer moves with you to the new date.
A second change — or any change made with less than 24 hours' notice — is treated as a late cancellation: the retainer is forfeited and a new one is required to rebook.
Late cancellations, changes, or missed appointments result in the loss of your retainer and require a new retainer to rebook, as reserved time can rarely be filled at short notice.
Please give as much notice as you can so the slot can be offered to another client. Genuine emergencies are always considered with care.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may have the service shortened so your appointment still finishes on time.
Arrivals 15 or more minutes late may result in cancellation, with the retainer forfeited. A quick message if you are running behind is always appreciated.
Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a guest or child. To keep the studio calm and on schedule, undisclosed guests may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
To make the most of your appointment, please arrive prepared:
A relaxer or chemical service is only ever applied when the hair and scalp are assessed as suitable, and entirely at the stylist's discretion. Where the hair is compromised or over-processed, or the scalp shows any sensitivity, irritation or breakage, the service may be adjusted or declined to protect the long-term health of your hair.
Please disclose any previous chemical treatments, colour, or known reactions before we begin. Results vary with individual hair condition and history, and a specific outcome cannot be guaranteed where the hair's prior state limits what is safely achievable.
Before and after photos may be taken and shared on our Instagram, TikTok and website as part of our portfolio. If you would prefer not to be photographed or featured, simply let us know before or during your appointment and your wishes are honoured.
